Polestar
Polestar
Polestar is a global high-performance electric vehicle brand jointly owned by Volvo Car Group and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. Polestar will enjoy the technical engineering synergies of Volvo Cars and benefit from the support of the Group’s strong economies of scale, which enable it to design, develop and mass-produce independently branded high-performance electric vehicles.
Currently, the mainstream products under the Polestar brand include Polestar 2, Polestar 3 and Polestar 4.

Aicar sell cars to dozens of countries and regions around the world. We welcome interested customers to visit our company, tour the factory, and find the right brand for cooperation. The following is the Polestar vehicle models that we are selling.

High-performance Electric Drive System and Silicon Carbide Technology
Polaris adopts a dual-motor layout and Silicon Carbide (SiC) inverter technology in its powertrain, which significantly improves the efficiency and responsiveness of the electric drive. For example, the dual-motor version of the Polaris 4 has a maximum power of 400kW (544hp) and accelerates from 0-100km/h in 3.8 seconds, while the silicon carbide technology reduces energy consumption, with the CLTC consumption as low as 12.1kWh/100km. its electric drive system also supports active torque distribution at the rear wheels to optimize the stability of handling in corners.
Intelligent Chassis and SEA Vast Architecture
Based on Geely SEA Vast Architecture’s all-aluminum chassis and ZF CDC variable damping suspension, Polaris models (such as Polaris 4) strike a balance between handling and comfort. With track-level tuning, body roll suppression is improved by 30%, and with Brembo high-performance calipers, the 100km braking distance is only 34 meters. In addition, the steering system of Polaris 4 adopts a variable steering ratio design, which is flexible at low speeds and stable at high speeds, giving the vehicle precise control of “wherever you want to go.
Environmentally Friendly Materials and Sustainable Manufacturing
Polaris has integrated the concept of environmental protection into its entire life cycle.
Interior materials: WeaveTech eco-friendly fabrics (with recycled nylon) and MicroTech bio-based PVC are used to reduce reliance on petroleum-based materials.
Body process: Polestar 1 uses Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite Material (CFRP) to reduce weight by 230 kilograms while improving body rigidity and reducing carbon emissions by 50% in the production process.
Polestar OS Intelligent Cockpit System
Polestar OS, built on Flyme Core, integrates the Qualcomm 8155 chip with the StarGee Meizu ecosystem to support car-phone senseless interconnection (e.g., application streaming, cross-end control). The system interface is centered on a minimalist Nordic style, with a 40% increase in response speed, and the first “no ads” interaction design to ensure a pure user experience.
Global Safety and Battery Management
Inheriting Volvo’s safety genes, the Polaris model comes standard with Pilot Assist (supporting lane centering and automatic lane changing), and realizes 7×24-hour battery cell monitoring through the BMS 2.0 battery management system, which cuts off the risk of thermal runaway within 10 milliseconds. Its battery pack passes IP67 waterproofing and 40 stringent tests, and supports power-swap upgrades (e.g. Polaris 2 can be upgraded to a long range battery).
