Global 800V High-voltage Platform and 4C Ultra-fast Charging Technology
Skyworth Auto realizes the breakthrough experience of “400km range in 8 minutes of charging” by combining the 800V high-voltage architecture with the self-developed 4C ultra-fast charging battery, with a peak charging power of 490kW, and charging from 30% to 80% of the power in just 7 minutes and 30 seconds. The technology solves the bottleneck of heat generation and wiring harness of traditional 400V system by increasing the voltage and decreasing the current strength, meanwhile, the efficiency of electric drive is increased to 94%, the power consumption of heat pump system for heat generation is reduced by 67%, and the low-temperature range is increased by 20%. With the flexible adaptability of 500V-1000V charging pile compatibility, users can seamlessly access a variety of supplemental energy scenarios.
Optical Storage, Charging and Transportation Integrated Energy Replenishment Ecology
SKYLIGHTNING optical storage and supercharging solution, which integrates photovoltaic power generation, energy storage system, supercharging station and data service to build a closed loop of the whole chain of “vehicle-pile-optical-storage”. Its supercharging station supports 90 seconds of high-speed power exchange, and has launched a mobile charging station (100kW DC discharge, replenishment of 10 degrees of power in 6 minutes), covering emergency rescue, outdoor electricity and other scenarios. This ecology not only improves the efficiency of energy replenishment, but also realizes grid interaction through V2G technology, which allows users to store energy during the trough period of electricity consumption and sell power back during the peak period, creating additional revenue.
Active Health Cockpit and Brain-Computer Interface Technology
Focusing on health management, Skyworth focuses on developing a non-contact vital signs monitoring system, which detects blood pressure, heart rate and other indicators in real time through AI spectral algorithms, and the first intelligent brainwave hypnosis eye mask, which utilizes brain-computer interface technology to induce theta-band brainwaves to help users quickly enter deep sleep. The cockpit is equipped with a super air filtration system (N95 cartridge + anion sterilization), combined with the 3D vector sound effect of the “Bach Cockpit”, to create a full-dimensional health protection from physiology to psychology.
Intelligent Interaction and AI Big Model Application
Based on Xiaowei’s GPT AI 4.0 intelligent cockpit system, it supports full voice interaction (wake-up response of 0.3 seconds), voice reproduction, and “Visible and Speakable” function, which allows users to remotely control the vehicle through a smartwatch or cell phone APP. Its Skylink intelligent network system deeply integrates Skyworth home appliance ecology, realizes vehicle-home interconnection, audio-video entertainment integration, and integrates platform resources such as Love Qiyi and QQ Music to create a mobile intelligent living space.
High-performance Three-electric System and Lightweight Design
Skyworth EV6 is equipped with a 170kW motor (peak torque 320N-m), with a zero 100 acceleration of 7.6 seconds, a CLTC range of 520 kilometers, and support for fast charging (40 minutes to 80%) and slow charging modes. The body adopts a steel-aluminum hybrid structure, combining an all-aluminum chassis with Brembo calipers to achieve a 490mm ultra-low center of gravity and a 34-meter 100-kilometer braking distance, taking into account both handling stability and energy consumption optimization.
