Exterior Design

The Geely Coolray adopts Geely’s latest Energy Storm design language, which is characterized by a combination of sportiness and style. The smoked vertical bar grille, X-shaped front grille and 18-inch smoked wheels all emphasize a sense of speed and energy. The smooth waistline and energy pulse trim on the sides, as well as the two-tone body design, make the Coolray even more visually appealing. However, some users have reflected that the Geely Coolray has some limitations in color choices, such as some colors are easy to get dirty and require frequent cleaning.

Interior Design

Geely Coolray adopts the design of Energy Gray Orange, and the color clashing interior gives a strong visual impact and fashion sense. Equipped with a 12.3-inch high-definition center control screen and a reasonable layout of physical buttons, it enhances the sense of technology and ease of use. Seat design, Geely Coolray provides excellent comfort, but rear passengers, especially those with more legroom, might feel constricted. In addition, Coolray’s intelligent system needs to be improved in terms of responsiveness and accuracy, such as the erratic performance of the voice recognition function, which is a major regret in terms of user experience.

Power

The Geely Coolray is powered by a turbocharged 1.5TD four-cylinder engine with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, which provides strong start-up acceleration and smooth shifting. However, users reflect that the performance of the 1.4T engine is not satisfactory when facing some complex road conditions, and the power output needs to be strengthened. In addition, although the fuel consumption is recognized by some users, there is still room for improvement, especially for users who often accelerate driving.
