Exterior Design

Designed by Ye Binhuan, former designer of the BMW i8, the AION N60 features an all-new design language. The front end is equipped with a full-width light bar and an illuminated logo, while the dual-ring headlights—spanning the full 3,600 mm length of the vehicle—offer high visual recognition. Notably, the charging port is located on the right side of the front end, prompting the inclusion of a front-in parking assist function in the vehicle’s parking assistance system.

In terms of dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,615 mm in length, 1,883 mm in width, and 1,673 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,775 mm. Seven exterior paint options are available: Sky Blue, Star Ring Silver, Soft Gold, Arctic White, Night Shadow Black, Cloud Edge Gray, and Sea Crystal Gray. The vehicle comes standard with 215/55 R18 tires, and a low-drag aluminum alloy wheel package is also available as an option.

Interior Design

The AION N60’s interior maintains a minimalist style popular today, featuring a dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, and a 15.6-inch 2.5K touchscreen. The infotainment system is powered by the ADiGO 6.0 human-machine interaction system. The center console has eliminated physical buttons and features a 50W wireless charging pad. A 6.6L in-car refrigerator (-15–50°C) is available as an option under the center armrest. The vehicle also offers three interior theme options: Soft Light Dance White, Caramel Warm Velvet, and Morning Mist Cool Gray.

Additionally, the cabin is equipped with a 2.38-square-meter panoramic sunroof featuring an electric sunshade. The AION N60 comes standard with a zero-gravity front passenger seat, featuring suction-style ventilation, heating, memory settings, and electric adjustment, along with an 8-point SPA massage function. The ventilation system is designed to blow air on the legs and draw air from the lower back and waist. The rear seatback angle can be adjusted up to 137 degrees, while the trunk capacity expands to 1,947 liters, and there is a 69-liter drop-down storage compartment.

Powertrain

The AION N60 is the first to feature an amorphous silicon carbide electric drive system, with a motor efficiency of 99%. It is equipped with GAC Aion’s “Magazine” Battery 2.0, achieving a CLTC combined energy consumption of 11.5 kWh/100 km. The entire lineup features a single-motor front-wheel-drive configuration with a maximum power output of 165 kW and a CLTC range of 410 km to 610 km.
