Linghui is an independent sub-brand under BYD Co., Ltd. Launched in 2026, it is specifically targeted at the B2B market, such as government fleet procurement, taxis, ride-hailing services, and other commercial mobility sectors, and operates through its own independent distribution network. As BYD’s fifth automotive brand following the Dynasty and Ocean series, Denza, Fangchengbao, and Yangwang, Linghui was established to distinguish between B2B and B2C models and to consolidate the e-series new energy vehicles from the former Corporate Business Division, thereby advancing BYD’s premiumization strategy [14] [20].
