In 2023, Weiqiao acquired a 50% stake in Beijing Blue Bird Spirit Automotive Technology Co.

The company initially produced low-speed electric vehicles, and in 2018, it laid out new energy vehicles, successively launching five products such as the pure electric small SUV model K-ONE.In 2022, it launched the model Baizhi Da Xiong.
