Rising auto full-stack self-developed high-level intelligent driving program PP-CEM, that is, point cloud fusion super environment model algorithm, built a fusion of LiDAR, 4D imaging radar, 5G-V2X, high-precision map, vision camera, millimeter wave radar “six-fold fusion” perception system, with all-weather, ultra-vision distance, multi-dimensional perception With all-weather, ultra-visual distance and multi-dimensional sensing capability, it elevates the technical capability and safety of intelligent driving to a brand new level.

PP-CEM High-level Intelligent Driving Program: Six-fold Fusion Perception System
Rising’s self-developed PP-CEM (Point Cloud Fusion Super Environment Modeling Algorithm) is the core technology of its Smart Driving, which builds an all-weather, ultra-visual three-dimensional environment model through the six-fold fusion perception of LUMINAR, 4D imaging Radar, 5G-V2X, high-precision maps, vision cameras and millimeter-wave radar. For example, Rising R7 is equipped with 33 sensing hardware (including LUMINAR 1550nm LIDAR and PREMIUM 4D imaging radar), with the farthest detection distance of more than 500 meters, which, combined with the NVIDIA Orin X chip (254TOPS arithmetic power), can realize accurate obstacle recognition and dynamic path planning, covering high speed pilot assistance, automatic parking and other high-level functions, with a parking success rate of more than 99% success rate.
RISING MAX Intelligent Cockpit: Multi-screen Interaction and Ecological Integration
Rising is the first car with 43-inch wide true-color triple screen (center control screen + instrument screen + passenger screen), which is covered by AGC Asahi Glass Dragon Trace glass integration, supporting anti-fingerprint, anti-glare and 6 times stronger than ordinary glass, and is paired with the world’s first Huawei AR-HUD flat screen system (13°×5° large field of view), realizing lane-level real-life navigation and giant-screen audio-visual functions. Its cockpit is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and with the self-developed RISING OS system, it supports multi-sign recognition (voice, gesture, face) and customized scene modes, for example, the “Bach Cockpit” realizes the intelligent linkage of the sound field and the driving scene through the 3D vector sound effect technology.
RISING PILOT Fully Integrated High-level Intelligent Driving System
The RISING PILOT system developed by Rising Smart Driving Co-Creation Center integrates high-precision maps and multi-sensor data to support L2+ level full-scene assisted driving functions, including full-speed adaptive cruise control, automatic lane change, traffic sign recognition and signal light prediction. Its unique feature is the “group intelligence” data closed loop, through the cloud collaborative optimization of driving strategies, covering the national highway network of 726 cities (99.99% coverage), and support users to dynamically expand the scope of coverage of intelligent driving through the “Pilot’s Wish List”.
Rechargeable, Exchangeable and Upgradable Energy System
Rising Auto, in conjunction with Sinopec, PetroChina, and Ningde Times, has launched 90-second high-speed power exchange technology, which supports power exchange without discharging (the car can continue to use the AV system), and is the first to create a battery leasing model (BaaS) to reduce the threshold of purchasing a car. Its battery pack adopts Ningde Times ternary lithium batteries, with a CLTC range of up to 666 kilometers, and through the BMS 2.0 system to achieve 7 × 24-hour health monitoring of the electric core, the power exchange station can carry out a physical examination of the battery at the 4mm level to ensure safety and cycle life.
High-performance Chassis and Aerodynamic Design
Rising models (e.g. R7, F7) adopt lightweight all-aluminum chassis, equipped with front double-wishbone + rear five-link suspension, Brembo four-piston calipers and German Weibach hydraulic bushings to achieve 490mm ultra-low center of gravity and 50:50 axle-load ratio, which take into account the stability of handling and comfort. Its aerodynamic design (e.g. Rising R7 wind resistance coefficient is as low as 0.238Cd) optimizes the energy consumption performance through streamlined back-sliding styling and active grille, and the CLTC working condition power consumption is only 12.1kWh/100km.
