Exterior Design
Beijing BJ80 continues the family design style, the front grille adopts a pentagonal shape, the LED headlamps at both ends of the round design, the lower bumper to add silver anti-scratch guard plate, equipped with fog lamps at both ends, with the square body shape, to create an off-road vehicle exclusive hardcore atmosphere. In addition, the new appearance of the new car has a new storm grey paint colour, and the 2020 models of the black treatment of the grille, wheel brows, spare wheel cover, etc. adjusted to the body of the same colour scheme.
In terms of body dimensions, the Beijing BJ80’s length, width and height are 4765×1955/1975x1985mm, with a wheelbase of 2800mm, and the body structure is a 5-door, 5-seat medium-large SUV.The side of the body adopts a flat waistline, with thick wheel brows, enhancing the overall sense of power; the rear shape is square, with a side-opening door design, equipped with a small-sized tail (embedded in the high-level brake lights), and an external spare wheel and bilateral coplanar tyre cover, as well as a small tail. The rear is square, with side-opening design, a small rear wing (embedded with high brake lights), an external spare wheel and a bilateral exhaust.
Interior Design
The Beijing BJ80 has also been comprehensively upgraded in terms of configuration. The new car offers a more luxurious interior design, as well as more intelligent technological configurations. The car is equipped with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster, an 8-inch central control display, and most of the physical buttons are retained below the centre control, increasing the sense of operation. The steering wheel, seats and other locations in the car are wrapped in a large number of soft materials, the driver can enjoy a more comfortable and convenient driving environment. At the same time, the new car also increased the front and rear parking radar, reversing camera, cruise control, hill assist, rear axle differential lock and many other safety features, to provide more comprehensive protection for drivers and passengers.
Power
The Beijing BJ80 has been fully upgraded. The new car is equipped with two power options, 2.3T and 3.0T, providing consumers with a wider range of choices. Whether it is city driving or off-road adventure, it can meet the needs of consumers. At the same time, the new car’s power performance has been further improved to bring drivers a smoother driving experience. The 2.3T has a maximum power of 170 kW, maximum torque of 345 Nm, WLTC combined fuel consumption of 11.64L/100km, and a top speed of 160km/h; the 3.0T has a maximum power of 206 kW, maximum torque of 420 Nm, WLTC combined fuel consumption of 12L/100km, and a top speed of 180km/h.
