Exterior Design

In terms of appearance, the front of the Kia KX1 is equipped with a tiger-roar type air intake grille, which is filled with black trim on the inside. The headlight cluster adopts a split design, with the upper part being the high and low beams, while the boomerang-type LED daytime running lights are located in the lower part. The front fascia features a three-part layout, with the large trapezoidal lower air intake wrapped in a sparse black mesh structure and an integrated scooped-out structure at the bottom, giving the whole a youthful, sporty look.

On the side of the body, the Kia KX1 adopts the popular two-tone body design of the day, and the A-pillars and B-pillars have all been blackened to cater to the aesthetic standards of young consumers. In addition, the new car also uses a straight double waistline design, which gives the body a more obvious sense of layering.

At the rear of the car, the layers are distinct due to the partial horizontal concave treatment. The Kia KX1 is also equipped with taillights similar in shape to an inverted trapezoid, with the brand logo engraved in the middle. The rear bar area is designed using a layered and overlapping wrapping technique. The bottom layer is a wide black protective plate, and the surface is embellished with an uneven silver protective plate.

In terms of dimensions, the Kia KX1 is 4100/1735/1533 (mm) long, wide and high respectively, and has a wheelbase of 2570mm. Although the KX1 is positioned as a compact SUV, it has a leading advantage over its peers in terms of cabin space and trunk storage space, especially the spacious headroom and ample rear legroom, allowing users to enjoy a comfortable driving experience during daily trips.

Interior Design

The interior of the Kia KX1 features a symmetrical layout, a traditional single-color instrument panel, an 8-inch color central control screen with an embedded design, and trapezoidal air conditioning vents on either side of the screen. In addition, the new car is equipped with a three-spoke multifunctional flat-bottomed steering wheel, and the 3/9-point direction control area is operated by buttons.

Power

In terms of power, the Kia KX1 is equipped with a 1.4L naturally aspirated engine with a maximum power of 100 horsepower (73.6kW) and a maximum torque of 132.4N·m, and is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and an IVT continuously variable transmission.
