Intelligent Driving System (ADS 3.0/4.0)
With ADS 3.0 as its core, Hongmeng Smart Driving’s intelligent driving system supports high-level automatic driving functions, such as space-to-space Smart Driving and VPD Parking Valet, etc. It is capable of realizing autonomous parking and obstacle avoidance in complex scenarios. Its total Smart Driving mileage has exceeded 1.2 billion kilometers, and the longest annual Smart Driving mileage of users exceeds 100,000 kilometers, demonstrating the maturity and reliability of the technology. 2025, Huawei plans to launch the ADS 4.0 system, which will further support L3-level automated driving, allowing drivers to operate hands-free under specific conditions to achieve a freer driving experience.
HarmonyOS Intelligent Cockpit
Based on Huawei’s Harmony OS, the smart cockpit realizes seamless linkage of multiple devices (e.g., cell phones, smart homes) through distributed architecture and modular design. The voice assistant “Xiaoyi” equipped with the Pangu AI model supports continuous dialog and active recommendations, and 86% of the cockpit operations are completed by voice. In addition, the HUAWEI SOUND 2.0 sound system adopts Schroeder Acoustic Scattering Technology to simulate opera-grade sound effects, and with the Privacy Sound Field Technology, it provides passengers with an independent sound zone experience.
DriveONE Intelligent Electric Platform
The DriveONE distributed powertrain combines an 800V high-voltage range extender system with Snowy Owl Intelligent Quieting Technology to reduce noise while delivering high performance output. Its extended-range model supports 5C high-voltage fast charging, which can be charged from 20% to 80% in 10 minutes, with a pure electric range of up to 251km, a combined range of 1,570km, and fuel consumption of only 5.68L. The system is also optimized by algorithms to achieve safety functions such as anti-skid on snow and ice, and stability control for high-speed flat tires.
HiFIN Intelligent Internet Connection Technology
The third-generation HiFIN Intelligent Network Connection system has a coverage strength 2.8 times that of the industry. It supports dual-card intelligent network selection and tri-mode satellite communication, which can maintain a stable connection even in weak network environments (e.g., basements and tunnels), with a signal recovery time of only 1.8 seconds. The tri-mode satellite technology also allows for emergency calls via satellite when there is no cellular signal, enhancing travel safety.
All-scene Intelligent Ecology
HarmonyOS is not only limited to in-vehicle intelligence, but also realizes multi-scene linkage between the vehicle and smart home and office equipment through HarmonyOS. For example, the car can directly control home air conditioning and lighting, or handle office tasks through the car, forming an integrated ecological closed loop of “human-car-home-office”.
