Coconut Intelligent Architecture and 900V High Voltage Platform for All Domains
ONVO relies on the four-domain fusion centralized computing intelligent architecture (Smart Driving, Smart Cabin, Vehicle Control, and Vehicle Connection), and realizes end-to-end latency as low as 1 millisecond (compared to 10 milliseconds in the industry in general) through 100% self-developed Ethernet backbone communication architecture, which significantly improves the decision-making efficiency. At the same time, its full-range 900V high-voltage system (up to 925V) with self-developed silicon carbide motor improves the comprehensive efficiency of electric drive to 92.3%, leading the performance of charging speed and energy consumption in the same class (CLTC consumption 12.1kWh/100km), and significantly reduces the weight of the wiring harness to support highly efficient power exchange and replenishment.
OSD Ledo Intelligent Driving and Group Intelligence Network
The entire system comes standard with 30 high-performance perception hardware (including 7 8-megapixel cameras and 4D imaging radar), based on NIO’s 1.2 billion kilometers of Smart Driving data accumulation, and realizes accurate identification of complex scenes through space occupancy network technology (parking success rate >98%, time consumed <40 seconds), covering 726 cities with high-speed navigational aids (99.99% of the nation’s road network coverage). Its group intelligence network supports real-time road condition sharing and cloud co-optimization, and users can dynamically expand the coverage of smart driving through the “Pilot Wish List”.
SkyOS - Sky Hub vehicle operating system and AI cabin
Equipped with NIO’s self-developed SkyOS operating system, which realizes cross-domain computing power sharing (e.g. cockpit and Smart Driving computing power synergy) and millisecond response (voice wake-up in 0.3 seconds), combined with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip (60TOPS AI computing power) to create the “urban oasis AI cabin”, supporting three-screen linkage (17.2-inch center control screen+17.2-inch center control screen) and AI cabin. 17.2-inch center control screen + 13-inch HUD + 8-inch rear screen), Dolby Atmos audio and video and AI home assistant “Xiaole” multi-intent interaction.
Rechargeable, Exchangeable and Upgradable Energy System
NIO’s mature power exchange network (3-minute fully automatic power exchange) is shared, supporting flexible battery upgrades (e.g., 75kWh to 150kWh) and lowering the threshold of vehicle purchase through BaaS battery leasing. Its battery management system (BMS) realizes 7×24-hour intelligent monitoring, and the power exchange station can conduct a 4mm-level physical checkup of the battery to ensure safety and cycle life.
