Explore 06 adopts the new design language of “Exquisite Pleasure and Wild”, the front face is full of wild temperament; the length, width and height are 4538/1898/1680mm, and the wheelbase is 2672mm; the body adopts a large number of straight lines, with smooth and natural lines, and the hidden door handles are flush with the doors.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of the Chery Explore 06 appeals to some, but also stirs up controversy. The black grille and English logo at the front present a sense of wildness, while the thin LED light bands and light-emitting units in the light chambers lend a sense of technology. The body is moderately sized, with a low front and high rear giving it a sporty feel, while the floating sliding roof adds an element of style.

Interior Design

The interior of the Explore 06 features a simple, hard-edged design. The center console has flat lines and metal accents that enhance the interior.The 10.25-inch LCD gauges and large 13.2-inch center screen provide a wealth of information and technology. Vehicle features include an audio system, reversing radar, reversing camera, cruise control and automatic parking, but some advanced driver assistance features require additional options.

The front seats offer power adjustments, but rear passengers will feel plenty of legroom and slightly more headroom. Trunk volume is mid-range for SUVs in its class, but seating comfort is good and the panoramic sunroof provides good ventilation.

Power

The Chery Explore 06 is powered by a 1.6T turbocharged engine that offers 197 hp and 290 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission to provide quick acceleration and great burst of power. The chassis utilizes front MacPherson and rear multi-link independent suspension to provide excellent suspension support.
