Exterior Design

The front face of Chery Fengyun T9 retains the outline of Chery’s multi-faceted deformation grille, and adopts a closed grille design, embellished with vertical decorative strips embedded in the center, together with longitudinal wind guide slots on both sides, the details of the front end are richer, and at the same time, it adds a sporty atmosphere to the whole car.

Side, elegant waistline design makes the whole car presents a more slender visual effect, and equipped with hidden door handles, coupled with floating roof design for the car to add a fashionable atmosphere.

At the rear of the car, the penetrating taillights are lit like a bridge across the lake, which not only improves recognition, but also has a great sense of aesthetics. Unique rear bumper design, two large diamond-shaped panel looks very personalized, bilateral hidden exhaust layout to strengthen the sportiness of the car.

In terms of body color, Chery Fengyun T9 provides six body colors. Body dimensions, Chery Fengyun T9 length of 4795mm, width of 1930mm, due to the provision of five-seat and seven-seat version, body height difference, 5-seat version height 1738mm, 7-seat version height 1741mm, wheelbase is 2770mm.

Interior Design

The entire design of the Chery Fengyun T9 is on the simple side, with the top of the center console treated with a plastic-lined process, the middle of the car is decorated with wood-grained veneer, and the bottom of the veneer is wrapped in leather and equipped with Sony speakers. In addition, except for the entry version, all other models are equipped with double-layer laminated glass in the front. The multifunction steering wheel is styled in Chery’s latest family design and can be manually adjusted up/down + front/rear. The Chery Fengyun T9 comes with a 10.25-inch full LCD instrument cluster + 15.6-inch center screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and a HUD head-up display in the top model.

The seats of the Chery Fengyun T9 are made of imitation leather, and except for the entry-level model, the main seat and passenger seat support power adjustment, as well as forward and backward movement, and high and low adjustments; they are also equipped with heating and ventilating functions; and, of course, in the higher-end model, massage function is also equipped. In addition, Chery Fengyun T9 also has a queen passenger one-key recline function, equipped with 10-point massage, cushion legrest maximum opening angle of 128 °, cushion backrest maximum opening angle up to 125 °. At the same time, Chery Fengyun T9’s 7-seat version of the second and third row seats support a key to put down, instantly transformed into a spacious bed of 2.1 square meters, the second row of seats also has a key to move the function, easy to get in and out of the third row.

Chery Fengyun T9 is equipped with seven airbags (distal airbags are standard), and except for the entry-level model, all other models are equipped with L2-level assisted driving function, 360-degree panoramic image, 540-degree image, as well as full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist system, and start-up reminder. In addition, all models except the entry-level version come with five cameras, four ultrasonic radars, and more.

Power

The Chery Fengyun T9 is equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, powered by a fifth-generation ACTECO 1.5TGDI hybrid engine with a maximum power of 115kW and a maximum torque of 220N-m; the electric motor has a power of 150kW and a peak torque of 310N-m, giving the system a combined power of 265kW and a combined torque of 530N-m. Depending on the scenarios of use, this powertrain can automatically switch between four drive modes: pure electric, hybrid, extended range and fuel, and the CLTC has a pure electric range of 120km.
