Exterior Design
The Dongfeng Aeolus L7 Pure Electric Edition looks basically the same as the L7 Plug-in Hybrid Edition, with a length of 4.6 meters and a wheelbase of close to 2.8 meters. The use of simple body lines with a blacked-out roof, wheels and wraparound accents looks very individual, while the closed front end design and fang-like daytime running lights characterize the front end of the car. At the rear, the penetrating taillights play a visual effect similar to that of a tailfin, mirroring the trim strip at the front of the car.
Interior Design
The interior of the Dongfeng Aeolus L7 Pure Electric Edition has a center console design that is quite common in new energy vehicles of the same price range, with a large screen replacing the original functional operation area. This large screen can be optional Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, will provide a good degree of smooth operation, with voice recognition, car networking, cell phone APP remote control and other functions, the function is on par with other first-tier models in the same price range. Nearly 2.8 meters of wheelbase, can bring a good space performance to the rear row.
Power range
The Aeolus L7 is available with either a 163Ps or 218Ps front-mounted single-motor, the latter of which will be more powerful, accelerating to zero hundred in just six seconds. Aeolus L7 EV’s transient acceleration rate of change will be less than 0.9 meters per second, which can give drivers and passengers a “no motion sickness” acceleration feeling, coupled with the i-Control intelligent electronic control system with AI predictive energy management system, which can intelligently match the driver to the optimal driving mode.
