The layout of the Ora Lightning Cat’s front end can be described as very simple, and the relatively small round-hole headlamp clusters on both sides give the car’s front end a quirky visual appearance, along with the front bumper with honeycomb pattern at the bottom. Meanwhile, the entire front end is laid out in the family design language, and the fender bulges on both sides bring a nice sense of power.

From the side, the body structure of the Ora Lightning Cat is more like a relatively retro coupe, but with the hidden door handles and the relatively sleek body curves, it brings a good sense of youthful fashion. In addition, the lines of the front half of the Ora Lightning Cat’s body can be found to create a supercar style, giving the rear doors a look with large air deflectors. Not only that, the low-slung enough body stance, coupled with multi-spoke dual-color sports wheels, does also bring a good sporty atmosphere.

Coming to the rear, the big sloping roofline and the presence of the panoramic sunroof give the car a more premium look. At the same time, the two sides of the red split tail lamp group also has a good visual effect after lighting, but also for the car to bring a higher degree of recognition. Interior Design

Once inside the car, it’s easy to see that the interior of the Ora Lightning Cat really gives us a retro yet stylish and technological design. For example, the classic gun barrel dashboard layout leaves a very deep impression, and coupled with the sports car-like layout of the center console, it brings a nice sporty atmosphere. In addition, if the Ora brand logo in the three-spoke steering wheel is replaced with a Porsche, I believe there is no sense of contradiction. Moreover, the interior design of the Ora Lightning Cat does not bring too much new energy flavor, and to a certain extent, it is more like a traditional fuel car.

In terms of configuration, the Ora Lightning Cat adopts a 12.3-inch center control screen, and also supports in-vehicle 5G network, facial recognition, as well as visible and continuous voice recognition. In addition, although the Ora Lightning Cat is an all-electric model, it is also equipped with an analog sound to give drivers a better driving experience and a sporty atmosphere.

Power and Range

The Ora Lightning Cat also offers a basic single-motor front-drive model and a dual-motor four-wheel-drive model, and for its four-wheel-drive high-performance version, the total power of its electric motor comes to 300kW (408Ps), and the total torque also comes to 680N-m, and it adopts the same power of the front and rear motors. Of course, this is not without its 0.22Cd wind resistance coefficient.

In terms of battery packs, the Ora Lightning Cat offers a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 63.87kWh and a lithium ternary battery with a capacity of 83.49kWh. The high-performance version adopts the higher-capacity Li-ion ternary battery, which enables it to maintain a standard range of 600Km while achieving 0-100 acceleration in 4.3 seconds. For the Ora Lightning Cat, which uses a low-capacity battery, they also have a pure electric range of 555Km.
