The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is the pinnacle of performance technology, aiming to be the ‘fastest four-door production car on the planet’, and a car that combines everyday and track performance: both street and race.
First of all, it is a luxury tech sedan that can fulfill the needs of daily driving. But it’s also a car that doesn’t need to be modified, so it can be taken to the track and enjoy the fun of driving. Just like what we often say “suit thug”, the appearance of a gentleman, but inside is very wild.
On the basis of Xiaomi SU7 Max, Xiaomi SU7 Ultra adds a whole set of aerodynamic kit, body size increased: the length of the car increased to 5115mm, the width of the car increased to 1,970mm, the overall posture is more lowly, more combat.
Exterior Design
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is designed with a flamboyant aerodynamic kit, which not only delivers 285kg of maximum downforce, but also looks like a declaration of its strength, which is not to be underestimated.
The frontal large front shovel + air dam + U-shaped wind blade design can significantly increase the front downforce. At the same time, the opening of the air intake grille is further enlarged, increasing the heat dissipation area by 10%.
The rear of the car is equipped with a carbon fiber fixed large rear wing. Made of full carbon fiber, it has a wingspan of 1,560mm and a chord length of 240mm, making it one of the largest tail fins in the regulatory range, which not only makes the whole car more ‘fighting’, but also brings considerable downforce at high speeds.
A new tail active diffuser is added under the rear, supporting 0°-16° adaptive adjustment. When used in daily life, it effectively reduces wind resistance; when used on the track, it significantly improves downforce for more stable high-speed driving.
In addition, the carbon fiber design of the whole body in many places: carbon fiber roof, carbon fiber mirrors, carbon fiber side skirts, so that the whole car is lighter and more sporty. The carbon fiber roof area is even larger than 1.7m², which can reduce weight by 12kg.
Interior Design
The interior design of Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is highly unified with the exterior: the new sports seats and large bright yellow color scheme, together with carbon fiber materials in many places throughout the car, make the driver’s heart surge and enjoy the fun of speed.
Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is equipped with new sports seats, also specially designed with track embroidered stripes, Ultra exclusive embroidered logo, yellow seat belts, etc., so that the whole car reveals a pure sense of sports from visual observation to functional experience.
The steering wheel has a new carbon fiber sports design, and the sense of movement is full. It is equipped with a specially designed yellow center logo, which provides intuitive direction judgment when driving aggressively. The red Boost button adds a sporty touch to the steering wheel. The Alcantara ®️ microfiber fabric wrapped around the hand grips provides good anti-slip and comfort. Comfort and sportiness at the same time.
Alcantara®️ microfiber fabric is used extensively in the interior, which is a very premium and expensive material, but is still used in the entire car for 5 m², including the entire seat contact surface, the steering wheel hand grips, the dashboard center seam, and the inside of the door panels.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra also makes extensive use of carbon fiber material, which is strong, lightweight and sporty. Carbon fiber materials are used for the front seat back panels, welcome pedals, rear air vent trim, center console trim, door trim, etc., so that you can feel a strong sense of sportiness as soon as you enter the car.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra uses carbon fiber in 17 parts throughout the car, with a total area of 3.74 m². Although carbon fiber is very expensive, it is used for the sake of lightweight and sportiness, regardless of the cost.

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra production version uses the prototype’s identical super three-motor system: V8s+V8s+V6s, with a maximum horsepower of 1,548PS.0-100km/h acceleration: 1.98 seconds! The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra production version is powered by the Xiaomi Super Motor V8s, a main drive motor designed specifically for the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra. With a top speed of a staggering 27,200rpm, this motor is the highest speed and most powerful main drive motor available in a production vehicle! A single unit can provide up to 578PS of maximum horsepower, while achieving a maximum efficiency of 98.11% and an ultra-high power density of 10.14kW/kg, with performance comparable to that of a large V8 engine in a fuel vehicle.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra utilizes a super three-motor system, with two Xiaomi Super Motor V8s and one specially-tuned horsepower Xiaomi Super Motor V6s working in close coordination to deliver an impressive horsepower of up to 1,548PS.
The Xiaomi Super Tri-Motor system, not only powerful, but also features three-motor torque vector control, designed to the industry’s highest ASIL-D functional safety standards. The torque of the three motors can be intelligently and dynamically distributed, and can realize 500 independent torque controls per second, which can significantly enhance vehicle handling and stability. For example: when cornering, it can effectively reduce understeer. It also improves stability on slippery surfaces, making handling smoother and safer.
To ensure that the vehicle can continue to output peak horsepower when driving on the track, Xiaomi SU7 Ultra adopts the track version of the high-power battery pack, which has a very strong performance. It has a large discharge power of 1,330kW and a maximum discharge multiplier of 16C, which can maintain a strong output of 800kW even when only 20% of the power is left. It also supports fast charging, with a maximum charging multiplier of 5.2C and a peak voltage of 897V, charging from 10% to 80% in just 11 minutes.
Of course, more horsepower should come with stronger braking system. The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra features a track-ready braking system that comes standard with a professional track setup. First of all, it is equipped with oversized carbon ceramic brake discs, of which the size of the front disc reaches 430mm x 40mm, and the size of the rear disc reaches 410mm x 32mm, which is the largest carbon ceramic disc in the sedan at present.
