Four-motor Distributed Electric Drive with ZVC Torque Vector Control
Zeekr 001 FR is equipped with the world’s first mass-produced four-motor independent drive system, with four self-developed high-performance SiC permanent magnet synchronous motors that can provide 1,265 Ps of maximum horsepower, and with ZVC torque vectoring control technology, real-time adjustment of the torque output of all wheels to achieve 2.07 seconds of zero 100 acceleration and 1.4 G lateral cornering G-value, which is a new purely electric performance limit, and supports tanks to turn around and other high-level control.
Full-stack 800V High-voltage Platform and High-speed Charging Technology
Zeekr takes the lead in laying out 800V high-voltage architecture, matching 100kWh Kirin batteries, supporting charging from 10% to 80% in 15 minutes; Zeekr V3 charging pile has a single-gun power of 800kW, with a maximum current of 800A, leading the charging efficiency in the industry; the second-generation Zeekr batteries to be launched in 2025 will further breakthrough the performance of lithium iron phosphate, with a 5-minute replenishment of 340km to realize charging speed surpassing that of Li-ion ternary batteries. The second generation of BRICK battery will be launched in 2025 to further break through the performance of LiFePO4, replenishing 340 kilometers in 5 minutes, realizing the charging speed surpassing that of LiPo3 battery.
Vast Smart Driving 2.0 and End-to-end AI Program
Self-developed Smart Driving system is based on dual Orin-X chips (508 TOPS arithmetic) and LiDAR, realizing mapless city NZP full volume push and parking space to parking space Smart Driving function. End-to-end large model fusion neural network sensing, regulation and control decision-making and complex scene generalization capabilities to enhance driving smoothness and safety.
Satellite Communication and Full-area Security Redundancy
Zeekr 001 FR is the world’s first vehicle-mounted satellite communication technology, supporting two-way messaging and voice calls without network, and realizing precise positioning for emergency rescue. The three electric systems have been verified by 140,000+ deliveries with zero spontaneous combustion, building a multi-dimensional safety system for mechanical, battery, and smart driving.
AI cockpit and Intelligent Ecological Integration
The intelligent cockpit equipped with 8295 chip supports ZEEKR OS 5.0 system, integrating functions such as Sentinel Mode and RSPA remote parking, and AI big model improves interaction efficiency. The cockpit and smart driving system continue to be iterated through OTA, such as HMI3.0 to realize 90% of the functions of one-screen control, and AI chauffeur and urban commuting mode to further expand the scene coverage.
