The entire Buick ELECTRA E7 lineup is equipped with the “True Dragon Plug-in Hybrid Pro” system, offering a choice between 1.5L and 1.5T engines. The 1.5L engine version delivers a combined system output of 322 PS and 540 N·m of torque, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.1 seconds; the 1.5T engine version boosts combined system output to 381 PS, optimizing acceleration performance to 7.0 seconds. The entire lineup comes standard with a 32.6kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, offering a CLTC-rated all-electric range of 230–235 km, sufficient for daily commuting needs. Combined with the 65L fuel tank and the plug-in hybrid system, the total range reaches up to 1,630 km, with WLTC-rated combined fuel consumption as low as 0.55–0.59 L/100 km, ensuring manageable costs for long-distance travel. For fast charging, the battery goes from 30% to 80% in just 0.25 hours. Combined with the 6kW power-sharing function, charging convenience is significantly enhanced. Notably, this plug-in hybrid system supports 92-octane gasoline, further reducing operating costs.

Space and Comfort

As a midsize SUV, the Buick ELECTRA E7 features a 2,850mm wheelbase and a spacious five-seat layout, ensuring ample legroom for rear passengers. The standard trunk capacity is 650L, expanding to 1,798L when the second-row seats are folded down. Combined with 30 storage compartments throughout the vehicle, its cargo capacity is outstanding. In terms of comfort features, all models come standard with heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, as well as heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable second-row seats. The front passenger seat features an Eames-style zero-gravity recliner, and the rear seatbacks support power adjustment, achieving “equal comfort for all four seats.” The cabin features 270-degree leather-wrapped upholstery made from OEKO-TEX-certified materials safe for infants and children, and has received “Zero Formaldehyde” certification from the China Automotive Technology & Research Center. The Five-Constant Healthy Cabin System, combined with multi-layer acoustic glass and active noise cancellation technology, creates a library-level quiet environment. The predictive RTD continuous damping variable suspension uses a front camera and LiDAR to scan road conditions 500 times per second, adjusting damping in real time to deliver superior shock absorption.

Smart and Safety Features

The Buick ELECTRA E7 excels in smart technology. The high-end model is equipped with a sensor suite comprising 1 LiDAR, 11 exterior cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars, supporting the “Xiaoyao Intelligent Driving” advanced driver-assistance system. This enables features such as highway and city navigation-assisted driving, as well as memory parking. All models come standard with Level 2 basic driver assistance, including full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, and automatic emergency braking. Regarding the infotainment system, the entry-level model is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, while the high-end version is upgraded to the 8775 chip. A 15.6-inch central touchscreen, paired with an 8.8-inch instrument cluster and a 50-inch AR-HUD, enables seamless three-screen integration. It supports smartphone connectivity across all platforms—CarPlay, HiCar, and CarLink—offering smooth and convenient operation. In terms of safety, the body utilizes submarine-grade ultra-high-strength steel with a tensile strength of up to 2,100 MPa. The entire lineup comes standard with six airbags (including a front center airbag) and a 540-degree panoramic view system. The side curtain airbags feature a dedicated head protection zone for rear-facing child seats in the second row, ensuring comprehensive safety coverage.
