New Blue Whale Powertrain
The thermal efficiency of the engine breaks through 44% (mass-production thermal efficiency of 44.28%), and the efficiency of the pure electric drive motor is as high as 98.1%, realizing a balance between low energy consumption and high range. Its dual-electro-mechanical electric drive system supports one-touch switching between plug-in hybrid and range-extended dual modes, and has the world’s leading oil-to-electricity conversion rate (1 liter of oil generates 3.63 degrees). Equipped with iEM high-level intelligent power control system, it combines dynamic energy management algorithm and all-terrain adaptive control technology to optimize energy consumption performance under different road conditions.
SDA Architecture and Tianshu Big Model
Based on the SDA architecture of software-defined automobiles, the entire vehicle is divided into six layers (mechanical, energy, electrical and electronic, operating system, intelligent applications, and cloud data), supporting functions such as pluggable hardware and programmable scenarios. The architecture is equipped with the Tianshu Big Model, which realizes cross-domain fusion of intelligent driving control, and was first mass-produced and landed on Chang’an Qiyuan E07.
Automatic Driving and Smart Driving System
Mass-produced L2-level automatic driving technology, APA6.0 remote intelligent parking, AEB automatic emergency braking and other technologies have been applied to UNI-V, CS55 PLUS and other models, and have won a number of international awards. Changan Smart Driving” system is launched, combining AI interaction and parking function to enhance driving safety and convenience.
Battery Technology
We have mastered more than 180 core battery technologies and applied for 580 patents. We have launched the “micro-core high-frequency pulse heating technology”, which can enhance the power performance by 50% and shorten the charging time by 15% under the environment of minus 30℃. The self-developed “Golden Bell” brand battery realizes millisecond-level safety risk perception through smoke infusion design and cloud-based real-time monitoring of big data, and its safety performance far exceeds the national standard.
Intelligent Cockpit and Operating System
Self-developed “Horizon OS” operating system and “Horizon Intelligent Cockpit”, which support multi-modal interaction and personalized experience, such as DEEPAL 4K PTZ camera and co-branded voice assistant equipped in S05, which enhance the social attributes of the vehicle.
Tianheng Intelligent Chassis with Distributed Electric Drive
Combined with distributed electric drive technology, Tianheng Intelligent Chassis has for the first time raised the power of a passenger car to the “megawatt level”, providing a high-performance driving experience. The Taihang Intelligent Chassis (applied to Avita 07) enhances comfort and safety through the cross-domain integration of the Intelligent Driving Domain, Chassis Domain and Power Domain.
