The GAC Aion AION LX is the flagship model of the Aion system positioned as a “luxury intelligent supercar SUV”. It will go into production in September 2019 and be officially launched on October 17, 2019, making it a luxury technology product that will guide the development of China’s pure electric vehicle market.The AION LX is equipped with the newly released GAC New Energy Adigo autonomous driving system, making it the world’s first mass-produced SUV with L3-level autonomous driving. In addition, the AION LX has a NEDC range of over 600 kilometers, making it an outstanding pure electric SUV.
Exterior Design
- The front of AION LX is similar to that of Aion S, presenting a family design.
- Sharp headlamps and unique headlamp lenses create a powerful “eye”.
- The LED daytime running light is connected to the car logo, and the front surround design is full of visual impact.
- The whole car adopts the “sky mirror” design language, light and shadow reflections of the sky, giving people a pure, quiet feeling.
Interior Design
- The Interior of AION LX is luxurious and refined, equipped with cold-bending dual-link screen and Aion family-style two-spoke steering wheel.
- It is equipped with the world’s first fully laminated cold-bent 12.3-inch dual-curved screen with a bend angle of nearly 168°, a high-end audio system and a fragrance system.
- Leather seats, suede headliner and real aluminum IP trim enhance the Interior.
Power Performance
- AION LX is equipped with China’s first front- and rear-integrated dual-triple high-performance permanent magnet synchronous motors, with a combined maximum power of 300kW, a
- NEDC combined range of more than 600km, and zero-to-100km acceleration of only 3.9 seconds.
