Exterior Design
The Exeed ET5’s silhouette was co-created by designers from a classic European supercar brand and the Exeed design team. It seamlessly blends “elegance, nature, and emotion,” distilling timeless “natural eternal beauty” from the grandeur of wind, the brilliance of stars, the nobility of shells, and the warmth of jade. The headlights on the new car adopt a shell-inspired design, with daytime running lights that appear even more vivid when illuminated. The Exeed ET5’s side profile features segmented character lines, projecting a pronounced sense of power and athleticism, with the window line gradually rising, conveying a poised, ready-to-pounce stance. Traditional mechanical door handles are employed, while privacy glass is fitted for rear passengers. The rear incorporates a full-width “Star Wing Light Strip,” inspired by the vast cosmos’s “left-rotating Milky Way and shifting constellations,” composed of hundreds of LEDs.
Interior Design
The Exeed ET5’s cabin embraces an “Elegant, Fluid, Timeless” aesthetic, blending Eastern sensibilities with modern smart technology. The most striking feature is undoubtedly the triple-screen setup spanning the entire dashboard: a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.6-inch central infotainment display, and a 12.3-inch passenger-side entertainment screen. The infotainment system deeply integrates cutting-edge AI large-model technologies from iFlytek and DeepSeek, establishing an end-to-end AI voice interaction system. This enables an “emotion-aware, proactive companion” and “AI driving assistant” that understands sentiment and offers proactive care. Additionally, the “Boya Sound” audio system, featuring 21 speakers, supports 7.1.4 AI surround sound, delivering a mobile KTV experience for mic-free singing.
Powertrain
The Exeed ET5 features a 1.5T range extender (model SQRH4J15) delivering 115kW maximum power. The rear-wheel-drive vehicle employs a 195kW electric motor with 324N·m of torque. Its chassis utilizes an independent suspension setup with MacPherson struts at the front and a multi-link system at the rear. The new model will adopt the Falcon 700 driving assistance system and debut Horizon’s HSD solution, featuring the Journey 6P chip with 560 TOPS computing power. A lidar sensor is also positioned on the roof.
