Rox is a new energy vehicle brand, jointly created by Rockhorn Intelligence and BAIC Manufacturing. Rockhorse Intelligence is responsible for providing intelligent solutions and design, while BAIC Manufacturing is responsible for production and landing. Rox Auto’s product style focuses on outdoor style and the sporty performance of the car. It owns Rox 01 and other models.
Currently, the mainstream products under the Rox brand include Rox 01.

All-terrain Intelligent Traversing System and Dual Orin-X Computing Power Platform
Rox is equipped with dual NVIDIA Orin-X chips (with a combined computing power of 508 TOPS), which, together with the world’s first on-board pure solid-state LiDAR, builds an all-weather sensing system with a maximum detection distance of 300 meters. Its core technology highlight is the all-terrain intelligent traversing algorithm, through multi-sensor fusion (LiDAR+4D imaging radar+vision camera) and dynamic path planning, it can identify gravel, mud, snow and other complex road conditions in real time, and automatically adjust the drive mode and suspension damping, realizing the driving experience of “city and countryside amphibious”. For example, Rox 01 has a comprehensive range of over 1,300 kilometers under CLTC conditions, and also supports professional off-road functions such as steep slope descent and creeping free.
Group Intelligence Network and High-order Smart Driving
Based on group intelligence technology, Rox uploads real-time road condition data through the “smart chip” on the vehicle end, and optimizes driving strategies in the cloud to form dynamically updated high-precision maps. Its RISING PILOT fully integrated high-level intelligent driving system covers 726 cities with high-speed navigation assistance (99.99% of the national road network coverage), supporting full-speed domain adaptive cruise, automatic lane change and traffic signal prejudgement. In the parking scenario, the space occupancy network technology can shorten the parking time to less than 40 seconds, with a success rate of over 98%.
High-strength Lightweight Body and Safety Technology
Rox’s car body adopts over 80% of high-strength steel (of which 27% is hot-formed boron steel), with a peak top pressure load of 14.5 tons (a record for CPSR), and combines an all-aluminum chassis with Brembo four-piston calipers to achieve a 34-meter 100-kilometer braking distance. Its battery pack has passed IP67 waterproof certification and 40 stringent tests, and the BMS 2.0 system can monitor the health status of the battery cells in real time and cut off the risk of thermal runaway within 10 milliseconds.
Expanding Energy Ecology through Scenario
Rox is the first car to have a tailgate bar system (supporting 6kW of external power), equipped with a removable water tank, an induction cooker and storage space, which is suitable for outdoor scenarios such as camping and fishing. Its battery system supports power exchange upgrade (e.g. 75kWh to 150kWh) and is compatible with V2L (vehicle-to-load power supply) and V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle charging) modes, and the discharge threshold is remotely controlled via APP to meet diversified power needs. For example, the Rox 01 Fishing Master Edition is designed for roadrunner enthusiasts, with integrated fishing tackle storage and cleaning functions.
User Co-creation and Outdoor Ecological Services
Rox Auto has set up the Rox Outdoor Academy, which combines industry experts to provide professional outdoor guidance and build an ecological closed loop of “car + equipment + community”. Its cockpit is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, supporting three-screen linkage (center control + AR-HUD + rear screen) and multi-intent voice interaction (wake-up response of 0.3 seconds), combined with Dolby Atmos and “Bach Cockpit” 3D sound technology to create a family travel entertainment center.
