SDA Sky Hub Architecture
As the intelligent core platform of Changan Qiyuan, SDA Sky Hub Architecture breaks through the limitations of traditional automotive architectures and realizes “software and hardware co-evolution”. It not only supports software upgrades (e.g. OTA), but also allows users to customize hardware configurations and functions, such as adjusting suspension and drive modes through modular design. The architecture adopts the design of “central computing + regional control + ring network communication”, which enables the vehicle to complete complex decisions in milliseconds, providing underlying support for intelligent driving and personalized experience.
Digital Intelligence AI Electric Drive System
Through the world’s first 10-layer Hairpin flat-wire oil-cooled motor and lightweight design (30-40kg weight reduction compared to competitors), this technology significantly improves motor efficiency and power density (peak power of 158kW, efficiency of 97.8%), while reducing energy consumption (feeder fuel consumption as low as 4.58L/100km). With the iEM intelligent driving management mode, the system can analyze the road conditions in real time, dynamically adjust the energy distribution strategy, and support the future OTA upgrade to realize the plug-in hybrid and range-extended dual-mode switching.
Sky Hub AI Model
As the “intelligent brain” of the vehicle, the Tianshu AI model combines multimodal sensing and deep learning capabilities to realize situational analysis and decision-making in complex environments. For example, it supports multi-intent recognition and voice programming in intelligent interaction, and optimizes route planning and driving habits in driving scenarios to enhance safety and personalized experience. Its end-to-end technology also supports high-speed and urban NOA (Pilot Assisted Driving), further promoting the landing of high-level autonomous driving.
Intelligent New Blue Whale 3.0 Hybrid System
The powertrain integrates high-efficiency range extender and electric drive technologies, and is equipped with a 1.5L ultra-high thermal efficiency engine (thermal efficiency of 43.31%), which, combined with ENC active noise reduction technology, realizes near-senseless range extender intervention. Its pure electric range reaches 230km, with a combined range of over 1,400km, and the IBC digital battery management system ensures battery safety and efficient operation.
Tianheng Intelligent Chassis
It adopts front double-wishbone + rear H-arm all-aluminum alloy suspension, with CDC variable damping suspension and air springs as standard, which can adjust the height and softness of suspension in real time according to the road conditions, taking into account the handling and comfort. Its lightweight design and active adjustment capability are especially outstanding in complex terrain.
