i-MS Multi-Magic New Energy Architecture Platform
This is the underlying technology platform of iCAR, which supports both pure-electric and extended-range dual-power layouts, and realizes flexible body structure and multi-category product expansion (e.g., SUVs, MPVs, etc.) through modular design. The platform emphasizes the efficient integration of the battery system with the chassis, such as the four-wheel push-to-four-corner layout combined with high-capacity CTP battery packs to optimize the distribution of the vehicle’s center of mass and improve handling stability. It also supports an intelligent thermal management system, taking into account low-temperature range and high-temperature safety.
Performance Battery & Cloud BMS Technology
4.5V+ High Voltage Lithium Cobaltate Technology: Improve energy density and extend battery life;
Ternary large monocrystalline materials and graphene-based lithium-ion batteries: material innovation to achieve stable performance in high-temperature environments;
Cloud BMS (Battery Management System): combining real-time data collection and AI algorithms to provide predictive maintenance of battery health status, significantly improving safety and energy efficiency management. The technology also optimizes thermal management through high-efficiency heat exchanger design, reducing the temperature difference between the battery cells.
i-VA Total Intelligent Ecology and L2+ Level Smart Driving System
The i-VA ecology is centered on the AI butler, which realizes a seamless connection between the car system and the user’s life, such as voice interaction supporting multi-scene service scheduling (e.g. camping mode automatically turns on the external discharge function). In terms of intelligent driving, iCAR V23 and other models are equipped with visual fusion technology, supporting 23 L2+ level functions, including adaptive cruise control, automatic parking and complex road condition warning, and guaranteeing system smoothness through the 8155 chip.
