GWM

Great Wall Motor is a Chinese automobile brand founded in 1984 and headquartered in Baoding, Hebei Province. The business of Great Wall Motor includes automobile and parts design, research and development, production, sales and service, focusing on research and development and application of forward-looking technology fields such as intelligent Internet connection, intelligent driving, chips, etc., as well as the layout of the whole industry chain in the field of clean energy such as power batteries, hydrogen and solar energy, etc., and Great Wall Motor is accelerating its transformation into a globalized intelligent science and technology company.

Great Wall Motors owns five vehicle brands: Haval, Wei, Ola, Tank and Great Wall pickup truck. Based on the three technology brands of “Lemon, Tank and Café Intelligence”, Great Wall Motor has created a value innovation technology system for the whole industry chain of automobile R&D, design, production and automobile life.

With the mission and vision of “Green, Intelligent, Tidal, and Playful World”, Great Wall Motor has built a new travel ecology that integrates green carbon neutrality, cognitive intelligence, global tidal brands, and playfulness, wisdom, and creativity. Great Wall Motor is also a leader in the automotive industry. In terms of globalization, Great Wall Motor has built up a global production, R&D and sales system. Its products have been exported to more than 170 countries and regions, with an overseas sales network of more than 700. Overseas sales have totaled more than 1 million vehicles.

Currently, GWM’s main models are the Haval series, Ora series, Way Series and Tank series.

Aicar sell cars to dozens of countries and regions around the world. We welcome interested customers to visit our company, tour the factory, and find the right brand for cooperation. The following is the GWM vehicle models that we are selling.

Lemon Platform and Tank Platform

Great Wall Motor’s independently developed Lemon Platform and Tank Platform are designed for urban and off-road vehicles respectively, featuring modularization, intelligence and high compatibility. The lemon platform optimizes the lightweight structure of the body, improves handling and fuel economy, and supports the development of best-selling models such as the Haval H6. The Tank platform, on the other hand, focuses on off-road performance, adopts a longitudinal non-load-bearing body structure, supports multiple power forms of ICE, PHEV, and HEV, and is equipped with a top power combination of a 3.0T engine + 9AT transmission, with peak torque up to 750N-m, and professional off-road configurations such as intelligent four-wheel drive and three differential locks.

Hi4 Intelligent 4WD Electric Hybrid Technology

Hi4 is Great Wall Motor’s breakthrough technology in the field of hybridization, which realizes four-wheel drive performance at the cost of two-wheel drive through the configuration of “three power sources and two-axis distribution”. This technology combines a high-efficiency internal combustion engine with dual electric motors, balancing power output and energy consumption control. For example, the launch of the Tank 700 Hi4-T model demonstrates the balance between high performance and energy saving. In addition, the Hi4-T hybrid system also supports strong torque output in off-road scenarios, further expanding the application scenarios of new energy models.

Coffee Pilot Intelligent Driving System

Great Wall Motor’s intelligent driving technology covers both high-speed and urban scenarios. Its Coffee Pilot Ultra system is based on a no-high-precision map solution, realizes full-scene NOA (automatic navigation-assisted driving), and supports nationwide real-open city testing. As early as 2021, high-speed NOA function has been applied to some models, and it will be further upgraded to complex road conditions in urban areas in 2024, with L4-level limited-scenario automatic driving capability. The system is supported by a R&D team of more than 600 people and super 3 EFLOPS arithmetic power, emphasizing safety and user experience, Wei Jianjun has personally live-tested its performance on complex road conditions in Baoding.

Wire-control Chassis Technology

As the key carrier of intelligent driving, Great Wall’s wire-control chassis integrates five modules of wire-control steering, braking, shifting, throttle and suspension, with the core technology including electro-mechanical wire-control (EMB) and wire-control steering system. The technology has high safety and growability, supports the precise execution of autonomous driving functions, as well as more than 100 patents, and has been mass-produced in 2023.

Dayu Battery Technology

Dayu batteries have solved the problem of fires and explosions caused by thermal runaway of the battery cells with eight design concepts, including “heat source isolation and directional flow conduction”, and have passed extreme tests such as pinprick and overcharging. Great Wall Motor has also opened the relevant patents for free to promote the improvement of battery safety standards in the industry. The battery has been applied to new energy models such as Ola, becoming an important support for Great Wall’s electrification strategy.

9AT/9DCT Transmission

Great Wall’s self-developed longitudinal 9AT fills the gap in domestic high-level hydraulic automatic transmission technology, with a carrying torque of up to 750N-m, matching the 3.0T engine, and has been honored as one of the world’s top ten transmissions. Its compact design and dense gear ratios (speed ratio range of 8.843) take into account the smoothness and fuel economy, equipped with mountain and sea guns and other models, significantly enhance the off-road off-road ability. The world’s first transverse-mounted 9-speed wet dual clutch transmission (9DCT/9HDCT) optimizes the transmission efficiency of hybrid models and reduces fuel consumption.
